Thrifty White Pharmacy is seeking an experienced collections Supervisor to work in our Accounts Receivable department located at the corporate office in Maple Grove, MN. This salaried position includes supervision of employees responsible for individual account collections, customer service, and some cash application; as well as performing some actual collection activity. Applicant must be a goal oriented, dependable individual with experience in Accounts Receivable Collections, or related supervisory background.
Must have strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasion skills; as well as the ability to multi task, and to supervise others. Experience with PeopleSoft, MS Word, Excel, pharmacy, cash application and customer service a plus. Daytime hours, Monday thru Friday.
